Vista St. Lucie is an age 55 and over community Owners/Renters MUST have blue ID tags. ALL guests must be registered at the office PRIOR to their arrival. Guests will be issued a red guest tag that must be returned before they leave. Children under 13 years of age are limited to 30 days in a calendar year. Pets are NOT allowed at Vista St. Lucie. (This includes visiting pets!) If you have an alternate address, you must update the office to ensure you receive any important notices. PARKING: All units are assigned ONE space. If you have a second vehicle or a guest, you must park in a GUEST spot. The fee to change a parking space is $25 and must be approved by the Property Manager. Do NOT back into parking spaces. Only vehicles classified as passenger automobiles may be parked on condominium property overnight. NO trucks, motorcycles, trailers, boats, or camper
